My question is: I sent a video from a site to my selma960@my.englishclub.com address as following the instruction related the explanation about. But I don't know what I do next. How can get into the address and download into mypage (my video) ? Thanks so much in advance for your help.

You seem to be talking about two different things :)
1) If you have a video on your mobile phone, you can send it by email to your special MyEC upload email address from your phone. The subject line of your email will then become the Title of your video and the main body or text of your email will become the Description of your video. All three (video, title and description) will appear automatically on your My Page. (This also works the same way for a photo.)
2) If you have a video on another website like Blip.tv or YouTube, you can add their embed code where it says "Add videos from YouTube or Google". (Actually, embed code should work from any site, not just YouTube or Google.)
