Who defines what is right or wrong?
Right and wrong - that only exists with humans.
What is right or wrong are time-dependent ideas in our heads. They are always subjective and cannot be proven objectively.
What right or wrong is, has been defined by people and can therefore be changed.
Without people, there would be no ideas of right and wrong. (Animals don't look for meaning, values, morals, and truth.)
People define right and wrong as a principle of their culture and religion and as an orientation, for their society and its survival.
The values thus created have tremendous power, because if we question others 'values, claiming they have no ultimate truth, are subjective and relative, that can spark wars, because we quickly claim more than just our beliefs for our truths and values.
For me personally, it is important not to harm anyone with my decisions and actions. Then is the reason for my decision is secondary.

Well , this is a philosophical question . What is right ? What is wrong ? Is different or relative from one person to another and from one culture to another .
Yes Rosemary, it is a philosophical question. I enjoy questions that engage one in thinking. And I agree with you, it is sometimes difficult to define right and wrong which is why sometimes we do wrong thinking or intending to do right.
Hehe.. every situation needs different treatment, no?
