It happened to me too, its seems like its notsupported.... U cant use the chat. You can only use it by clicking the "desktop view"....but the thing is, its hard to chat fromm your mobile when youre in ec. Im experiencing it now as im online thru my mobile most of the time.... Youll be able to get lots of typos for sure.....
It seems you are on the Mobile View. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and switch to Desktop View. At present, chat is not supported on mobile MyEC for smartphones.
