I have not tried the new updating flashplayer yet, but I don't think it will do any good if the system die not recognize me as having an account.

  • I've sent your question to Tech Help, but I think they will probably tell you that your computer needs to be updated with the latest Flash, browser, etc. I'll let you know if I can find any other tips for you. I'm very sorry you can't access MyEC on your home computer.
    • Tech help says to try clearing cookies and cache in your browser. If that doesn't work, please send me a direct message with the email address you use to sign in. Thanks, Tara.
  • Here is one of the messages I get:

We're sorry, we are having an issue with this page. Follow this link to the main page.

  • Can you take a screen shot for us, so I can send it to Tech Help. Are you able to log in to MyEC at all from home?
    • I can't take a screen shot. When I try and log in from home it says I do not have an account at all. I tried to put in my email address in the "I forgot my password" section and it says I am not an account holder.
