Blank Chat Room

Since yesterday, I have not been able to see what's going on in the chat room.

I can log in and out but my chat room screen is blank.  '

On the top bar would say how many members are online but then on the right side where the names should appear only shows my ID and I can't see the rest of the guys.

To make it short, the whole chat room is empty.

What to do?

I just updated the plug-in earlier today and I was able to get in the 1997 chat room but not on the MyEC chat room.

Help!

    Hm. This is the view I see if I click the green button and go offline. Have you tried any other computer? Can you share you operating system and browser? Thanks!
