  • Hi Jose,

Unfortunately, the link didn't work so that I can read the article. However, I think it makes sense because language learning stimulates our brain so much and probably we use more area of our brain. Once I read in another article that to prevent Alzheimer and dementia, it's really good to learn a language, so, no wonder that bilingual children can be alert and creative, I guess.

If you still can´t open the site, please send me an e-mail to jdpeloni@gmail.com, so that I can send you back the web page with the article, attached.

The other article you quote (about prevention of Alzheimer and dementia) seems to be similar to the one I pasted in my former discussion, previous to this one.

      Have a nice week !!

      JOSE DANIEL

    • Dear Jose, thank you so much. I could read it. I also saw your previous post. I think learning a language is helping me in different ways. First, I got to know Canadian culture better and then, I could read their books and see the world from their point of view. This has really opened my mind and I also like to learn other languages to see how other people see or think about the world.  It's really fascinating!
