Writing Prompt: Reciprocal Pronouns

Reciprocal Pronouns are pretty new to me, I mean i knew these two words "EACH OTHER" and "ONE ANOTHER" but I never knew that they are called "Reciprocal Pronouns", and maybe it's new to you as well.

Lana and Jack were each other's classmates. They used to like each other's company. They always collaborate with each other. Lana and Jack liked to exchange gifts with one another. They often stayed in each other's houses. One day in a party Lana and Jack looked at one another and started to giggle so hard, their friends were amazed to see them laughing so bad. There friends noticed that they like each other a lot and love to stay with one another

Looking forward to correction from seniors.

Anah..!

Mani thanks I will try to avoid such mistakes next time. :)

  • wow!! Anah, that's was really good.

  • Your perseverance in studing english, especially writing, is incredible...I'm jealous to you.

But use comma to make your writing more intelligible.  One more thing, use "used to" for something that happened regularly in the past but no longer happens. your writing doesn't sense like that.

By the way, I know you don't have enough time  to consider every detail.

  • Seeker thanks for passing by and yea there is a mistake in the first sentence that's why it seems unnatural. :)

Yes I also am pleased to see your determination to learn.

  • Hello Anah!  What a very active blogger you are!  I am really impressed by your determination to learn English.

It looks awkward for me to read your first sentence.  Maybe because I find it correct to read it as "Lana and Jack were each other's classmates."

Can you spot the error in your last sentence?

There friends noticed that they like each other a lot and love to stay with one another.
