Hello..

I am a human body. I am alive body. Sometimes people love me and sometimes they don't. They don't accept me as I am. Some people hate me because they are too fat or too thin. Some people hate me because they don't like their color and their heights. Some people hate their body because their health problem. In today's world People started to ignore me and hate me. Only few people really love me and take care of me.

Advice from The Human Body:-

1. Take care of me

Think about me for a while, without me you are nothing. Never neglect me. Give me first preference in your life. Don't avoid me. Try to keep me safe.

2. Health is wealth:-

Guys what do you do for me? do you do this? if don't please do it.

Sleep :- Take sleep at least 6-7 hours a day. Too much and less sleep is really bad for me.

Water :- Drink plenty of water. Try to drink water 7-8 glasses a day.

Fruits :- Eat fruits. Eat at least one fruit or eat seasonal fruit every day. Green vegetables are always welcome.

Walk:-  If you don't find time for exercise then walk for 30 minutes a day. Avoid a car or bike for short distance.

3. Avoid Junk food.

These days people are really crazy for junk food. They take what their tongue likes. They don't think about the effects on me. Don't take junk food.

4. Spend some time on me.

Todays man has busy in work and in family. He is not able to find a time for me. I know 24 hrs are less for human beings but try to keep 1 hr for myself. Allocate your time as per your need. Try to learn time management.

5. Technology:-

I know technology is good. And the death ratio has been declined by good technology. But you can not deny that problem has rise because of technology. Technology is time saving but you have become more lazy and being lazy is not good for me. Don't waste time on internet. Don't watch Television too much. Don't depend too much on technology.

6. Accept me as I am:-

If you are fat then don't underestimate to yourself. Try to do some physical exercise. If your skin is dark then don't try to be fair by using harmful product. Avoid to apply some harmful product on your face. Some things are natural its not in your hand and you can not change.

7. Keep me clean:-

Keep me clean and neat everyday. Keeping me clean is an important part of keeping me healthy and helping me to feel good about myself. Brush your teeth, wash your hair, keep feet & hands clean.

8. Smoking:-

Smoking is injurious to health. Don't excess of everything. Try to avoid smoking.

I must say that in globalize world you think about me and then think about money and all. You must know, what is good for me and what is bad for me. You can share your knowledge, money or everything but you can not share the pain of me. No one will take my pain in free or by giving money. so Keep maintain me and work on me. A healthy Body is mirror of your life.

    I must say that I would have been given the priority on money and all other matters. You must know, what is good or bad for me. You can share your knowledge, money or everything but you can not share the pain I feel. No one will take my pain in free or by giving money. So maintain me and work on me. A healthy Body is mirror of your personality.

  • It is compulsory to maintain the healthy mind as same as the healthy body. We can do it when follow the body's said.

    Sometimes too much unnecessary pressure is being put by media with regards what should be the 'perfect body'. That will make people take unnecessary measures or medicine to look what they think is a perfect body. They will try to make themselves too thin, or they will try to enlighten their skin colour.
