Writing challenge: Advice from the Food

1. Eat me with the proper way
I am sure that you know that the most important meal of the day is the breakfast. But it’s important also to know that the proper diet is to eat 5 meals a day. When you eat me, please use the right way of eating. Eat me calmly, chew me slowly, don’t rush to swallow me!


2. Keep balance
Prefer a balanced diet, with vegetables, fruits, meat, legumes, fish and dairy products. I have many vitamins and nutrients to offer you. Don’t eat only fattening foods or sweets. I know that I am very delicious in these forms but try to avoid me! Obesity is a big problem nowadays.


3. Cook me
You can find me in the fast foods as junk food or you can order me as pizza. It’s not bad to eat me sometimes, but don’t make it habit. It’s more healthy to cook me in your home with your hands. Call your friends and try to cook me together. Try new recipes. You will find it funny and useful at the same time.


4. Care of your health
Cook me as you like, but be careful, don’t fry me so often, I can cause you health problems. I am same delicious and more healthy when I am baked in the oven or cooked by streaming or boiled. Also you can benefit a lot from me when you are sick, eat me as an orange or drink my juice and you will feel better.


5. Think economically
Don’t buy me if you don’t need me. I am made to end up in your stomach and not in your cabinet. Leave me in the supermarket for someone who really needs me. And you will see your wallet more full of money than usually.


6. Don’t waste me
Don’t throw me! Usually you don’t like me the next day and I end up in the rubbish. Try to not to cook me in large quantity. What is matter is the quality and not the quantity. If I leftover, eat me, but if you don’t want me give me to your pet. Don’t be ungrateful, think that there are people in the world who can’t find me easily.


7. Use me as a gift
Donate me, buy me packed or cook me and offer me to your neighbor or to the homeless people of your area. Also there are many topical rations and organizations for homeless people and you can give me there.
