Health and beauty are blessings form God. We should not take them for granted. Our responsibility is to take care of these blessings. Here is my recipe for doing so in 2010.Ingredients:Balanced dietExerciseSleepWaterDry brushingA notebook and a penPositive attitudeDirections:First: In order to be healthy and beautiful you need to nourish your body with good food . It shouldn't be dull. One thing you can do is make a list of healthy foods that you already like and start with them and as you go along you can introduce some new health foods every now and then. Another great idea is to try healthy dishes from other countries. It will help your diet and also serve as a good cultural experience.Second: Exercise. A lot of people like walking or jogging as a regular exercise and that's great, but to accomplish more health benefits try taking on a new sport that you find fun. For example, skating, mountain biking, swimming, etc. For me I prefer skating because it doesn't require a lot of equipments and it can be practiced anywhere. One thing that you should consider when taking on a new sport is safety . You don't want to end up with an injury .Third: Sleep. Different people have different sleeping patterns. So what you need to do first is to know how much sleep your body needs. Some people will be good with 7 hours of sleep . Others can't be fully awake without 9 or even 10 hours of sleep. So don't deprive your body from the sleep it needs and always remember that night sleep is the thing that counts.Fourth: Water. Drink plenty of it to keep your body hydrated from the inside out. Get into the habit of carrying a water bottle and sip on it now and then. You should drink 2 litters a day if you don't exercise, but if you do exercise make it 3 litters.Fifth: Dry brushing. All of us have heard of the benefits of dry brushing, but have anyone tried it. I didn't until recently. And I was amazed at what it did for my skin.It is very simple and it takes no longer than 5 minutes to do, but you have to be consistent. What you need to do is buy a natural fiber brush and then brush your body once a day in a circular motion starting from the feet and then going upward towards the heart.Sixth: Buy yourself a nice looking notebook and put it on your bedside table with a pen. Every night before going to sleep write something in your notebook. It should be about how you are feeling this day, what your thoughts are, and what you are planning to do. Make it as messy as it could be. This is not meant to be read by other people. It should be an out-let for your emotions. Because every day we face so many things that make us angry, frustrated, and upset. If these feelings do not come out somehow they are going to build up causing you to explode sometime and you don't want this to happen. So I strongly recommend this method and you will be surprised at how light you will feel. But you have to know that it doesn't work right away as many things have been building up already. So be consistent for a week or two and you will see for yourself . Let me know how it goes.Seventh: Positive attitude. It is something that you should carry out in everything that you do. Scientists say that if you were going to learn only one characteristic for success it should be optimism and positive attitude. Work hard to achieve your dreams and goals. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't work or if you don't stick with your plans.   • Hi toan le..I'm happy that you find my recipe useful..as for carrying it out .well yes I do think it is doable..if you start working on one ingredient at a time until you master it..and then move to the other ones.. I believe it can work.. but don't overwhelm yourself by trying to do them all at once..
