Water has no taste, still we love it.  Who doesn’t enjoy taking a glass of cold water on a sweltering heat? More or less 70% of the body mass of human being is made of water. According to the studies drinking of eight glasses of water a day meets the demands of this liquid that our body needs. So, drinking water should receive your proper attention.

When you are short of water in your body, the brain sets off the thirst mechanism of the body. You should listen to the cues and get yourself prepare for drinking of water, or juice. You can also take milk or tea or coffee, except alcohol to fulfill the body's need. Hydration should be taken care of very importantly.
