Seeing myself in the past

How would you feel if you read your writing in a book which you found by chance?
How would you feel if you read the thing that you had never shown anybody?
How would you feel if you found your past self in there after so many years?

Reading it today, I feel around that part of the past. I am ashamed of myself because my earnest desire seems to be caught by someone. I think that everybody has also experienced the similar thing in your heart of hearts. In the distant future I may see myself of another past in the book.

Depends... there are many different selves of me in the past!

I don't get it... sorry. You feel ashamed because you desired someone??

  • I used to maintain diary in which I collected some quotes of my own and others, and of course some poetic lines (which we call shair).  I forgot or overlooked that diary of my own for a long time.  Then later on when I happened to read it again after a long time.  It looked to me very boyish and immature.  I torn it.

So as happened to the manuscript of a romantic novel in my native language),  I torn it too when read after a long time.

This is my own feeling,  it doesn't mean I was right.

    • I can understand you! I hid the book where I wrote about my feeling to a place where people can't find it, althouth I didn't tear it.
