9-yes, in writing and speaking for example writing an essay or watching a movies or simply while shopping
10. There are many advantages. First, you can work on the area that attracts you for example if you are interested in stories so you can learn English by only reading stories. If you are a big fan of books, you can learn English through books recommended here or just by joining a book club. When there is no one around to speak with, you can find or at least have the opportunity to speak English. You may not write every day for practicing writing part of English but on MYEC, you can do it very often.
