There are many factors behind success. Of all the factors, consistency is the most important. We all almost are the dreamers and put all the efforts in chasing them, but those of us who maintain consistency, successfully reach the destination. The fluctuation in following the dreams or persistence on the way to the achievements is the outcome of the company we keep.
Most of us, sometimes, adhere to the companionship to the extent believing that they are very helpful. They are but, if we are struck among those who dream otherwise, rather they are critics, change the company instead of wasting our time in bringing them around. They will make it harder for us by criticizing them. At the end, all the efforts go in vain. Resultantly, we blow hot and cold in the efforts. The inconsistency is the result of clashes of ideas, thoughts and dreams which we strive to achieve.
When we have dreams, we should search for the companions having similar ideas, dreams and goals. Such company pushes us forward and keeps us busy and motivated vice versa.

I totally agree with you Arif. We should choose carefully our companions who have similar good ideas. Most successful people have good companions who encourage and motivate them to be successful.
We can apply the same concept concerning bad people. People who involved with bad persons in a unlucky period then they would pay the price of their fults.
