Peace Of Mind

A lot of people do not know how to enjoy peace of mind. They look for peace of mind everywhere, but they cannot get it. Only few people know that peace of mind lurks in reading and writing. Therefore, the one who reads enjoys peace of mind because he/she finds great things in reading that can relieve the brain and the body. In addition, if one writes he/she feels great relief because writing down things evacuates the brain and the body of tension that exhaustes them. please put your comment.

  • Hi to all who commented on my blog "Peace of Mind"

Thank you all for the encouraging comments and I wish you all success. See you again on EC pages.

  • Yes, i agree with you, Dr Kamal, but what about other things which may bring peace to our minds to this or that extent?...what about if we may find peace and inner satisfaction in many other things such as being next to a beloved person, holding their hand, hugging your child, enjoying your favourite piece of music or piece of cake or chocolate?

although you may be right in a way, i have read twelve books, (i am not like Anele who is a passionate bookworm as once she confessed, right Anele?:), so....that summer i enjoyed myself a lot, but i think i started reading also to escape somehow fromt eh tense atmosphere at home, and thus reading became my passion too....peace  to all of us!!!!!!!!!

  • I agree with you, I also find it very relaxing when I read.

  • I totally agree with you. I find that I will feel relax when I read something, varying from the news on the Internet to the medical books of my major. And sometimes I just sit still in meditation and let my mind through my brain freely, which gives me a boundless world.

  • Oh...what if the one you were reading sent a chill through your spine and you couldn't stand up anymore because fear gripped your soul aready?  hahaha!  Just kidding!

This happened to me long time ago.  I thought it was thrilling to read a horror novel but I was not able to sleep after reading it.  I tried to shake it off away from my thought, but the vivid description of the story haunted me for weeks.  It was always difficult during the first time.

Okay.......overall.... I absolutely agree with you, Dr. Kamal.
