Parental love

Recently I visited a home of the aged where group of innocent aged parents were abandoned by their children when they reached old age and when they were feeble or sick. I got the chance to interact and talk with them. After hearing their painful stories, I tended to write this blog and dedicate this to them as a sense of view on how such parents who are in the home of the aged, spending the later part of their life lonely.

I think that nobody can think about a life without parents. They are the sun and the moon in our world, in our family. It’s a love we can never count. Their love is unchangeable , unconditional and uncountable.

The happiest day of my life was the birth of my son. That day I experienced my parent’s limitless love towards me. My mother gave birth to me and made my arms strong whereas my father cleared the road me to come out from the darkness. The time has come for me to repay them, but I’ll be unable to complete my task, even if I try my best for them all my life time long. I guess, I don't have to explain the responsibility of being a parent as you all are aware about this.

If we do not think about our parents more, we are guilty of allowing, building more homes of the aged. I think all parents who are looking and waiting for their children to care for them as they grow older, and that is something that we, the children should think of.

  • great blog and  thoughts  needed in today's  rat  race ....

People   are more selfish taking  their nuclear  family  .....work  .....and life  style as a priority and neglecting  theri f oremost  duties..This  all depends   the individual  and the situation  they are in ... Most  cases  the  children are selfish , brain washed and .....in laws  wicked

Life is a cycle  they  little  realize  that  but out  there  there are  united  and blessed  families   and thatis  is what  we teach our  children  at the end  , respect..and love
