Our Own Small World

My name is Michelle A. Regno

Obviously, my name does not ring a bell to all of you.

But, in my own small world, I am confident that it does—- to my students and former students.

In my own small world, I have:

1. put thousands of smiles to my students’ faces.

2. touched their hearts one way or another.

3. inspired some to be educators, too.

4. shown them my commitment to their learning.

5. let them know that they are valued.

6. created different ‘shows’ to make lessons fun.

7. made them laugh so hard that they had tears in their eyes.

8. shown I care for them silently but they felt it.

9. shared to them why I always want to look good and dress well- as part of personal grooming and hygiene

10. taught them the English language but specially taught them about life.

Maybe your name does not ring a bell, too. But I am sure that in your own small, special world, it definitely does.

Many ordinary unknown people are everywhere doing great things teaching as u are doing or helping people in natural disasters  , or feeding the poor are unknown but still great because they are doing what they are supposed to do. If each one of use complete his own duty in his small corner of the world  , all of us will have a good  life :)
