As a journalist, sometimes I get really sad information. In scientists conference I get to know, that Russia – consist in group of countries, where problems of thyroid gland have epidemic status! Others countries of that group are: Columbia, Ukraine, and 10 African countries! In other world problem of thyroid gland does not exist. Do you know why? Wise governments from many countries carry they national laws to iodinated of salt without fail.
The Russia have seafood in markets, but most of our people can not buy it, because they have not enough money! Fish is to expensive for them (even in fish-rich regions), and seaweeds is not so handy as you think! In our markets it's very rare product. I think the responsibility for that situation Russia is on some our medical companies. They make a very good business in selling Bio-Active-Substances (special iodize-tablets) for our citizens
