Silence

Silence means absence of sound (any voice), but is there silence actually?  No there is always sound all around us, sometimes it is beyond our hearing power.  There is a phrase “broken heart”, we say my heart is broken. Is there anyone who can say he has heard the shattering of heart? No, but it still breaks.  There is silence for you, but I was hearing all the shattering of a broken to pieces of heart.  This is not ridiculous, ask a poet, a love-failure.  There is another phrase, “promise broken” did you hear the sound of breaking, but ask lover whose beloved didn’t fulfill the promise made, the guy suffers hears the sound of breaking, even so hard that tears comes into eyes.

Sometimes, (rather most of the time) the ‘love birds’ sit together ‘silent’.  Are you sure that there is silence?  Hear the beat of their hearts, amplify the running sound of  blood through their veins, I am sure you will close your ear.  They sit quietly, imbibed by the silence, but even then they made plan/s for their entire life just seeing into their eyes.  They talk, but for us there is silence, for them, it was chatting, touching, and………….

So why we talk about the thing “silence” which does not exist" Do you know ever the silence of the universe up there also has a sound.

  • Yes saba, thanks for visiting me. I appreciate that. Do you know you are one of the oldest readers of me here in EC.  I am seeing you since I have joined EC, Mashallah!

  • Hello Mishaikh

Nice description! I agree that here is not absolute silence, even deaf people can feel the sound of door bell.
  • @andy: "Silence s a very mysterious word and actually an unreal one, there is no silence in this life, even if you are in meditating, the deeper you go, the noisier it will be."

    Very well explained............WOW!

  • Thanks for your time to read and posting comment @Zivi.  I appreciate that.

I think 'big bang' must have the 'ear tearing' sound. No equipment would be able to record it.

An atomic bomb x 1000 time = big bang, (may be).

    LOL

  • Hello everyone, nice to see you all again :).

Silence s a very mysterious word and actually an unreal one, there is no silence in this life, even if you are in meditating, the deeper you go, the noisier it will be.

  • I heard even big bang is made audible by electronic apparatus.

And a bit less poetic: once you suffer from a tinitus you never feel silence. :-!

  • Onee very interesting video. Something somewhat like this in my mind of sounds in space even before hearing this video. Thanks.v
  • Mishaikh,

They are not silent. It's a mystery to think about.

  • Thanks Onee for your nice comment. It means a lot to me.
  • Dear Mishaikh,

I love how you describe 'silence'. We can never hear a heart shattering, that is why there is silence. But we can't see silence..... So amusing to read. :)))

Btw, you always leave the readers decide how the story continue like this...

"They talk, but for us there is silence, for them, it was chatting, touching, and…………." lol

The last paragraph is the part that I love the most.

So many thanks for participating and writing this. Please keep writing! We can't stop reading your awesome blogs. :)

    Good day! ^^
