Reposting with voice recording which I forgot to upload.
I participated in speech competition on the topic: importance of a mother in our lives)
I am not here to deliver an emotional speech on the importance of a mother in our lives as my relation with my mother is not based on emotion, rather on spirituality. She is as much importance to me as the heaven to the worshiper and soul to the body. In fact, she is spiritually connected to our soul. I, despite much meditation, fail to figure out as to how she foresees the tragedy I am going to face. Because  I experience it whenever I go against her will.
When I was a child, she used to impose  restrictions on some activities and compelled me to follow a schedule given by her. In other words you can say, she seized the freedom of movement which I thought the right of every child in the world. I used to ask my self if she was so callous about my feeling, but when I grew up, I saw the wisdom behind all these circumscription that disciplinary training has seldom freedom.  Thus, she has proven herself a best trainer of life.
As a matter of fact, we can not take part in holy war without her permission. A man once came to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and sought his advice about taking part in the Holy war. The Prophet asked him whether his mother was alive? . He answered in the affirmative. The prophet then told him go back home and serve her as if heaven was under her feet. I believe that serving her will lead me to the heaven and nobody should have any doubt in it at all.
A mother deserves service, love, submission obedience and gratitude from us, but contradictory to this, most of us treat her as if she is our personal slave. We take her unpaid services for granted. When we grow up, we pay no regard to her sentiment, choices and advice. It is now high time to acknowledge her service and try to do something that makes her feel proud of us and try to give her a helping hand in all the house chores as much as possible lest it should be too late.
Thank!

  • Shekhar, thank for commenting and passing compliments

  • Arif! I am glad to read the post.

You are very right. In the childhood we may think the persons are restricting us from joy and others, but later we come to realise how much she cares for us, even she is sick but her heart always looks for the good career and health of the child. She not only protect us in the real world and she started protect us before we come into this world.

There is a line from some para. God isn't appear to any. But even god appreciate mother's affection is more like heaven and stated, god created mother. No doubt she is the more than a god when it comes to all matters. Unless she explains " who is god and importance?" How could we know ?
She told, she finds all happy even we trouble her by misunderstood her. She(mother) loves us always. She never expect anything in return. She is always great, greater and greatest.

Yea, As you said we should help her when we are at home. We don't/can't help when we are in school or office, but at least start helping when we are home and helping her the best we can. I used to help mom as others do. But now living in the other places for career.

Go ahead arif, And give your best to your mom. My greetings to you all. Don't be sad what you did in past, you realise the truth that's important and now on service her and be the reason for her smiles and mom will be so blessed to see you.

    Have a good day.

  • Great topic, bro Arif.

I agree with your all statements here. And now it's time, when we grow up mature, for us to do the best for mother. Even so, we can never pay her sincere love.

Thanks for the speech, brother. I'd like to give some clapping.
