I have a best friends, why I call a best friend??. Because we've been together for 9th years. Hohoho that's a long time, me and my best friend's do a lot of things, like a telling stories, hangout together, and much a lot we do it everything. But sometimes I make my best friends angry, but it didn't last long, because I'm apologized for my mistake. My best friend like my own family. And u really love my best friend, a lot of things we've been through together for 9th year.

hmmm...Firsty, I would advise you to review the English Numerals:
Cardinal numbers which describe the quantity of something - one book, two apples, one million dollars,
Ordinary numbers which express sequnce or position - The first to pass the finish line wins the event. It is the second time you came late, let it be the last time,
Numbers of frequency express the rate of apperance or being: He told this story only once. We saw him twice that day, and,..
Fraction/part numbers which deal with parts or fractions of whole: He spent half of the day doing nothing useful. All I need is a quarter of a dollar to buy myself a soft drink.
The other issue worth noticing is the use of the apostrophe ' - It is Tom's book. It's a quarter to noon.
If we use plural nouns, we should not use the A/AN article..."I have a best friends." is incorrect
Your sentence:" My best friend's do a lot......" is also incorrect, we do not use the apostrophe before the S in plurals...one dog -> three dogs
