Thanks for edit my wrong sentence. Actually I mean progress in all of my skills. Writing, listening, speaking. I'm in Intermediate level and I think my speaking or writing isn't good for this level. I should be better than now.

You can just write in your laptop/diary and when you have the time to retype your work and post it in here. Writing directly in here is not the only way to practice. Writing in your notebook, or other types of books also help.
