More studies and interpretations have been written about " Hamlet " than about any other work of literature..Why..?
I think because some from everyone's nature has been touched in Hamlet.We can all find something of ourselves in this character.The conflict and the mixture of feeling ,it is an exact knowledge of human nature: misunderstood by others, the hesitation, the lonliness inside ,the imagination ,..love ...hate..
all the feelings concerning people ingeneral .
It's a knowledge of our own psychology and the connection between the world inside and the world outside us ,and how we can translate thoughts into actions.
Shakespeare had a deep understanding to the hunman nature ,so he dramatized Hamlet as a complicated character that no one completely understands him,but this only makes him more real.
This is one of the things beyond Shakespeare's greatness and the continuous studying of his plays all over the world.We still think about his words:
( TO BE OR NOT TO BE THAT IS THE QUESTION )

Shakespeare's characters and especially" Hamlet" is significant today as in the past because they reflect the conflict inside any person in real life ....commonly misunderstood and almost understood by different persons in different ways ..
It stirs the awareness inside ourselves about many important questions in life ....death , lonliness and love ,hate ...all the aspects in life .

I read Hamlet which was retold by Alistair McCallum . I am sad about not only Hamlet life but also people who died with misunderstanding , loneliness , revenge..

Hamlest is my favorite play ,"to be or not to be" means wether to continue to exist or not.

think that sooner or later everyone of us should answer the question "To be or not to be?" . Although Shakespeare is recognizes as on of literature's greatest influences,very little is actually known about him.But how genious one should be to create such a masterpiece that is still studying!Hamlet indeed is a character that definitely represents this or that feature of everyone's inner world.
