Important of Sleep

Everybody needs different amounts of sleep.  Some need more, some need less.  But the average is around 8 hours
If you don't get your 8 hours one day, you may feel a bit tired, but you'll be OK.  But it is true that if you consistently don't get enough sleep every night -- even one hour less every night, you can accumulate "sleep debt" over a two-week period (your body resets after two weeks) where you will feel extremely tired, sluggish, unfocused, etc

  • Whenever I sleep well at night I feel more energetic the next day. But i have some kind of insomnia. I couldn't sleep at night or I sleep so late. It's not good at all.
  • Yes indeed, the normal time we should sleep is 8 hours. I usually sleep 7-7,5 hours but it is not enough for me. I love sleep and i am pleased with 10 hours. Sleep is very important anyway. Nice topic :)

  • Yeah ,I had the experience of sleeping just two hours .It was an awful day because I was feeling veeeeery tired and powerless.
