How to stop procrastination?

Hello guys, I really want to know some of the best ways and the best things to do in order to stop procrastination?

I ask this question because procrastination is really part of me, I am always in the habit of doing my home work and assignment very late.

for that, I always face problem and I make a lot of mistakes in most of my work, because I don't give my self enough time to proof read and to edit.

I really want to get away with that habit, because i would like to meet up with all of my tasks at the right time.

  • Artificial deadlines work well. The best way for me to get something done is to set a deadline to be finished that is well before the real deadline. I also tend to procrastinate and it is a difficult problem to defeat.

  • It has become normal to many people, now a days. In my point of view, it happens when we don't show interest in tasks, don't take responsibility, don't give value to time, don't make any goal in life, and don't want to be someone special and so on. I do delay in tasks, but thanks God, I am getting better in it day by day, and setting up priority for things. I am sure that I will be perfect in it.

    What helps me the most in it are: 1- Rajyoga Meditation 2- I do the things my heart says and mind accepts 3- Reading motivational books 4- Watching motivational movies, videos, etc.

  • The best way to do that is write it on your journal. Me too I am having bit problems on that.
