Dear bloggers. This is my 5th day of being ill. The worst I had when I got fever and for a night I can't sleep. Yesterday was Nyepi day. But I don't have post vacation blues.

I was visiting my sister's blessing 40 days of her baby boy.

I met all my sister's 2nd family. Her sister and brother in laws, our cousin, our aunties.

I hope you can spend your day by exercise and rest when you feel unhealthy.

  • Drink water in a good quantity.  The soreness will be removed.

  • My disease is finally over except I have a sore tired legs coz of too much walking and exercises.

  • Ginger Tea is very effective in this.  Try this. But maybe I am late in advising.  We call it a periodic fever.  It has a duration of 3 or 7 days.  Hope by now you have been recovered.
