I'm pissed off and disgusted. I was on chat today and someone was using hitler pic as avatar. This is inadmissible and what worse for all the others on main it was how to say ..unimportant. I was said he is a good boy.
So what's going on? Where is the memory? How can someone think that is enough to ignore this? How can you blame a swear and at the same time justify this?
Explain me please. If I weren't so upset I could may be find this sad...nope that's a lie I couldn't find it just sad. Just remember hitler was considered a poor and inoffensive guy and most part of nazis were gentle dudes loving good music and arts.

Hi, Viv! Blogging this issue is a wake up call for everyone but may I also suggest to properly REPORT your concern to the EC admin so they can give you an appropriate reply. We should avoid like such a persons who did big mistake in the past and we should teach our kids how to be a good manner at all.
Hardi not to speack about unplesant things doesn't make them disappears. If there is a poo on the pavement and you don't say it, that won't make the pavement clean. Instead it may happens tht you forget about it and step on it. When you step on poo it stinks and your sole get dirty and going around you make all the pavement get dirty. So it would have been better to remind ppl about that poo. And even better to teach them the pavement is not the place a poo should be, and why.

dia I agree wth you onn the fact we have to educate children better. I'm not surprised, I know there are ppl liking hitler ( which is disgustiing ) but I'm scandalised to see them here!!!! And jen I don't need to see hitler pic to talk about hitler. Nor to remember his existence mah. I talked to him on pvt. He asked me to delete this blog and told me the wonder of hitler virtue and abilities.
Yes I was a bit shocked too when I saw his profile a while ago.
But what actually frustrates me most in such situations, is that Hitler - although he's from past. He still have so much power over us. And who gives him the power? It's us, the people who get upset, shocked, or smt because of him. Banning his picture and symbols, hating him... and etc. It makes me a bit frustrated. Seriously. Maybe u would think that I'm a very ignorant and stupid person. That it's normal to loath Hitler, because all the horrible things he did. That I should go to a museum of holocaust, go to look the horrifying photos and evidences.. Until I would be 100% loathing him. I know in general what guy he was. I learned it in school too. Although not well. Had bad grades and no interest in history. But I don't want to know. I'm fine by not hating, or knowing the whole depths of those horrors. It would be burden to me. Every time seeing someone posting his pic as avatar I would be irritated.
But while not knowing. I also won't like that stupid Hitler from past, to have so much power over our lives..
Maybe if Hitler could see this all from hell. He would smile and think that he still have some hope, to come back and finish what he started.... Since people still haven't healed from the something, etc..
Is suppose that's why it's no good to use Hitlers picture as avatar... Even when you're not a evil person who admires Hitler. U should not power him up. Until there are people who get upset over it. It seems, that the loath Hitler heaped, still heap loath and the hate he heaped, continue to heap hate... Or maybe not? I hop people will be strong and won't get affected of his... something.

In many parts of the world including parts of Europe, ignorance, poverty, hopelessness, stupidity, and emotions run rampant. I too am disturbed by people, especially young people who display insensativity in front of others. This is NOT acceptable. They are young, stupid, and ignorant and don't know the horrible European history between the 1930's-1945. It show others that you are foolish, uneducated, misinformed, and totally LOST! Basically you've lost. You've lost your way; you've lost contact; you've lost out; and you've lost your mind. All through history, Europe has had problems, but the Nazi era was the most horrific, abominable, atrocious period in the last 1000 years. The world is changing due to the information era and the internet. People see what others have and don't have. They want the same things they see others have. They want their freedom, jobs, education, houses or apartments...they want a future. Many places in the world don't have that. So they look for something to blame for their miserable condition.They also look for someone to look up to. Unfortunately they pick an evil man to look up to and idolize. Wrong choice. Just like Sadam Hussein was a wrong choice. Just like OSama Bin Ladden was a wrong choice. Using Hitler as an avatar is another WRONG CHOICE!
