Hello, Do you hear me?

6 tips to get your sleep cycle back on track during the lockdown:
many of us may have a problem with sleeping nowadays, that is because the change in the cyrcadian rythum, well, what does that mean? cyrcadian rythum is something in our genes that tell the body when to sleep and when to wake up by regulating the hormones and singnal : kind like

the genes  cyrcadian rythum: what's up Adrenal gland, you must decrease your cortisol(stress hormone) secretion we are at night.

Adrenal gland: copy that.

so the change in day activities like meal times, body effort, etc

  1. Establish your routine: start by focusing on your sleep-wake cycle, go to sleep when you feel tired and try to wake up without an alarm
  2. Don't use your bed as your office: you should leave your phone before bed or the telly, As the elctronic emit light that may trick the circadian clock into thinking daylight has been extended
  3. Don't drink caffeine before sleep that is obvious
  4. don't exercise an hour a head time bed because it will activate your body delaying sleepness. i prefer to do sport directly after waking up
  5. don't take a napp
  6. try to get some sun light by standing in your window or your balacony

I hope that will help, i look forward to reading your comments.

  • Hi abidalla
How many hours we should sleep during this time?
Do you think drinking a cup of hot milk would help you to sleep.
    Nice post. Many thanks.

    • I think you should sleep around 7 - 9  hours thatvis normal

Somebodies may sleep many hours these days thats okay but less than normal is not okay as it might affects your immune system, design your routine and it will be okay
