He would never do it

Years ago, a campaign to make people aware of abandoned pets started in my country mostly on summers. Media keep on remembering us nowadays but still I wonder how a dog which is supposed to be loved can be left with such a cold blood, with no feelings or remorse.

That puppy that was once bought by a parents to please their daughter for Christmas grew up, as a result it is now an impediment for the summer holidays, for their moving to a new house, for its maintenance... whatever the reasons are, Why the hell didn't they thought it before!?

I like dogs and I'd love to have any but I also know what owning a dog means and surely I couldn't take care of it properly and that's what everyone should ask to themselves before taking a step. (Now I'm thinking also applicable to children but that's a different story)

Let's say this is a call for all those who think that animals are simply beautiful presents.

  •        Actually, I like cats more than dogs. They are very tender and peaceful creatures. Allthough, I am against animals abandonment regardless of their type.  God bless you.

    • Tender and peaceful but not that loyal and trustful than dogs haha... Well we agree on the main point, right? Thank you for dropping by. God bless

  • Hi Fizzy, then glad that I'm not the only one with such weird feelings :D

  • i hate it when the owner didn't take much responsibility enough to take care of their pet

  • Hi Tam you're right, sorry I meant Korea. Actually I watched time ago a TV documentary.

  • Hi, Estanis. Really? I think Japan doesn't have the culture of Dog Meat nowadays, but I hear Korea, China and some other Asian countries have it. They must be Chinese or Korean restaurants in Japan.

  • I've heard that in specific and good restaurants in Japan dog meat is also served as a yummy dish. It's so odd for me but giving a second thought it's just what we've been taught from the beginning. In any case I don't think you liked what happened to your pet... sorry to hear my friend.

Take some days off and forget about stress, you deserve a good holidays ;)

  • I should have written my reply earlier and said the whole story but since its a bit late now,  I will make it short and simple. There are dog thieves who steal pets from home and sell them off for easy money. In my country eating dog meat is very popular in countryside, especially in poor villages. Before farmers raised their own dogs for the need but nowadays they buy them from market. That's the main reason why no one dare to let their dogs run out freely without watching out. More seriously they even rob your dogs in front of your eyes. I lost my dog that way.

Sorry for being so late, has been chaotic time for me over a few pass day.

  • Ermm... O.K. April, you made me curious.

  • They are lucky to live in your country. In mine mostly there are no dog wandering here and there. Will tell you more later.
