Thanks for all your encouragement. I only fasted for 9 days before I got sick. Now I am recovering and next week will fast every Monday and Thursday.

get well soon... how about you try eat 7 of dates (kurma and with milk for sahur. i heard it will help a little bit.. and pls prevent eat any sour food or fruits

When I first read your blog . I didn't understand what do you mean by " gerd " . So , I skipped commenting on it . Now I know through Rose comment that it is a disease .

I want to say something to you dear . In Islam you aren't obliged to fast , if you are suffering from any kind of health condition . You are excused from fasting , and you are considered making a sin if you fast . Finally , I wish you the best dear :) take care of ur self
