Couples in Love

Normally at first glance, a classical couple looks similar, sometimes they have sames tastes, same careers, same style of clothes, same musical preferences or even same political party or religion, but in essence, they are particularly different and unique. A couple is like two completely different worlds who decided to spend time together having a great time creating something new and learning important life lessons during their time as a couple. Differences and similarities are blended in a wonderful formula.

Different Worlds?

A couple is about two different worlds, these "worlds" are people with their particular background; their own culture, education, ideas, believes, dreams, fears, prejudices, experiences, expectatives, goals, and physical differences including age and mental and emotional maturity and so and on, who decided to stay and share things together. Therefore, with all of these ingredients mentioned before, if we mixed them in a couple, we may get as a result a very delicious and wonderful elixir, or maybe an insipid beverage, or probably a nasty and sometimes addictive dangerous poison, as known as toxic relationships. If you are thinking about a milkshake, that is a good example to illustrate that idea. When people are dating with their significant other, I think that might explain why they usually say whether or not there's chemical attraction.

  • Hello Onee-Chaan! Thank you very much for your comment! Yes you are right, you said something remarkable: "mutual understanding" is vital!

Without mutual understanding we can't go deepest in any relationship, we can't help or support our partner when tough times appear, we can't develop tolerance, acceptance and patience. Without mutual understanding there is no emotional connection, we may be trapped in selfishness, aloofness, indifference or coldness. Without mutual understanding the communication could be difficult and nasty, there's a risk of losing respect, tolerance, confidence and the relationship could end.

    Best regards!

  • Hi student,

I think you're right. Even if two people love each other, nobody will agree with anybody 100%. There they need mutual understanding. Just mu humble opinion.

Thank you, dear Student, for sharing that.

  • Hi student,

I wonder why you omitted the gender in your difference list. I mean as nowadays homsexuality in many western countries is accepted and homosexuals even can marry.

But anyway, are not we all dreaming of finding our complement? I mean doesn´t feel everyone incomplete without a partner for life? Like the Yin isn´t complete without the Yang?

On the other hand a scientist recently stated in a TV report, that since creatures highest goal were the reproduction and herein particularly the perfection of offsprings ppl were looking for the perfect complement. And this, the scientist stated, depended n the hormones. The mix of hormones were the same individual as finger prints are. And these hormones provides every human with an individual scent. Unconsciously humans get the scent of another and the cerebellum were to decide about the attraction of the vis-a-vis. In this sense it actually seems an issue of chemistry.

But the scientist also explained: relations would kept held for the timespan of bringing up the offsprings. After bringing up humans would be free for another partnership. Chemically considered. Mentally, it surely is quite another point.

  • What a description! lol

  • Thanks Halima for stepped by on this blog and shared your thoughts. I really appreciate it.

I've always liked the word fate.

"You often meet your fate on the road you take to avoid it" - French proverb.

    Best regards! :)

  • fate is responsible to put you in the the first or the second category. fate is fair .... but sometimes it hurts.
