Civilisation is a big word. It contains all kinds of culture and heritage. In short, we can civilize the uncivilised through spread of culture and education. Of course this task is not easy, because through the process we'll face objections by ignorant people. However, we'll continue civilising them through education if we find good and smart brains to understand and respond. In case, of facing great troubles it is better to leave the uncivilised and migrate to a civilised world. please put your comment.
