Achievement First Income Will Follow

Achievement First Income Will Follow

Are you fresh graduate?

If yes, what do you think about the job?, what's your strategy of your career? Which one of your priorities on first job, salary or achievement?

I have example, having a job with a good salary but the job is monoton, yes of course fresh graduate will be happy to get a job with a big salary, they will not think about another job and they have been comfortable with the job (Comfort zone), let’s we think about renewable of regulation and system, let's talk about the impact if the company change the regulation of job contract like minimum time of contract, and we don’t know, will company cut our contract or make us permanent employee?, do we have other skills for a new job? You have to remember that the job we do is monoton. Then if the company make new system, what’s the impact?

Let’s we think about the possibilities of new system, changing system have the possibility of changing software we usually use for working, then changing flow of working, then changing division, are you ready for them? I take one example : changing software, are we ready to study new software while we have been comfortable with the old software ?

Having a job with low or middle salary but the job is flexible, what is the meaning of the flexible job?

Flexible job is an antonym of monotone job, we have to be able and ready to do some jobs, as we know, able to do some job =  we have to be able to use some software, so flexible job can make us to keep learning something new then from learning something new, we can improve our skills and our self quality.

As we know that achievement come from good skills and good self quality, we can increase our income and benefit with our achievement, then we don’t worry about new regulations and new system because we have prepared by learning something new. Which one do we choose for first step? Be visioner…...
