Hi everybody!
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name’s Esther, I’m 21 and I’m from Barcelona, in Spain. I’m finishing Advertising degree at University of Barcelona (I’m doing the 4th course now).
I’ve found this English club by chance, when I was looking for some practice English in the Internet. I’ve observed a little the web page and I think this could be a good way to improve my English.
I studied English in the school from I was a child until I was seventeen, but in my opinion, the lessons were insufficient to get a good level. When I started my degree I was very focused in the studies and in my work so I didn’t have enough time to continue studying English. However, when I was doing the 3th course, I thought I had to get back to learn English, because I realized that it’s going to be essential in my future job, because most of the advertising agencies are international companies and we need this language to get a good communication between countries and customers. Because of this I did a course in an academy last year and I liked it a lot so this year I’m doing another course in a higher level.
I would like to describe my improving, worries, challenges and experiences with this language and I hope people can help me in this way and share their own concerns.

and i have to say EC is a extraordinary way to improve our english..
i had a young couple as my friends who they also are from your city Barselona.
they came here and staid for afew days at home.it was nice time for me...

I joined to EC 2 years ago and i found out that this is the best way to practice and improve my skills in English .
In a very warm atmosphere between users in EC you can achieve your goals in English .
In my opinion you have to do something here , It is my personal experience :
1 : Check your page everyday
2 : check the new blogs everyday
3: don't forget to leave a comment everywhere you go
4 : join to the activities that you like and do not hesitate
5 : find some close friends here and share something about yourself with them
6 : Be creative in writing and make your own story and share it with us here
And so on
I am studying in Advertising as well and i really really like it , This is the only work that i like to do .
If i have a chance to choose a place for living i will select Barcelona without doubt , I am learning Spanish as well with some material because i want to continue mu education in UPF , you might know it . We can cooperate with each other in some ADS plan which is in my mind ,
