Dear All,

Sometimes love could be only from one side: you love someone but she/he doesn't feel the same. What do you think about love without answering?
Please see below translation of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin's rhyme "Nightingale and it's rose". Of cause it not precisely correct as his, but I think the meaning is the same.

Nightingale and its Rose

At spring the gardens glooms, with dark silence.
The rose with all it splendour, sleeps beneath the moon.
Not hearing, seeing the nightingales sweet voice, o'er it fragrance.
Oh! my poet, your music is as to the nightingale.
The cold beauty, blooming with fragrance, whom you strive for.
Does not hear, feel
And has no more desire o'er you.

Special thanks to Nadira and Nadiyah.

Thank you, Lynne for your comment. I think that true love exists. Every one has his/her second part in this world. But all rules has it's exceptions...Hope I am not in that exception:)

To answer your question about love; I believe that true love is not one sided. The real question is: Is there such a thing as true love?

Honestly, I find your blog interesting. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

Good day!

Thank you, Nadira! I am so glad you read the original sound of this rhyme. Pushkin's poems so great, you should open them to you. I agree with you that one side love lives only in one's heart and it's up to him/her to give it time or let it go.

Thank you, Nadeem! Yes, I agree with you that it is difficult to compare without original text. Please see below the rhyme in Russian spelling:

Solovey e rosa
V bezmolvii sadov, vesnoy, vo mgle nochey,
Poet nad rozoyu vostochnyi solovei.
No roza milaya ne chuvstvuet, ne vnemlet,
E pod vlyublennyi gimn kolebletsya e dremlet.
Ne tak le ty poesh dlya hladnoy krasoty?
Opomnis, o poet, k chemu stremishsya ty?
Ona ne slushayet, ne chuvstvuet poeta;
Glyadish ona zvetet; vzyvaesh - net otveta.
