I Need a help in Grammar , please ..........

I have bought a grammar book from down town  , it's  a great one and easy to comprehend  , but unfortunately without any key answers at the back of the book . I have some questions that I need to check their answers  , I will be grateful  for anyone who can help me with them  . Here are they

1/ Helen will graduate next semester.  She ( move ) is going to move to New York and ( look ) she is going to look for a job after she ( graduate ) graduated  .

       2/ I'm  beat !  I can't  wait to get home . After  I  ( get ) I'll get home , I  ( take ) am going to take a hot shower and ( go )  go to bed .

3 / I'm tired of this cold weather. As soon as spring  ( come ) will come  , I ( play ) am going to play tennis and ( jog ) jogging in the park as often as possible.

The underlined words are my answers  the book title is (( Fundamentals of English Grammar )) by Betty Schrampfer Azar  . The chapter I am studying now is related to the future and the use of will and going to

thank you Mr. Dan! As I knew before the difference of "will" and "going to" depends on the time we do it in future. "be Going to" for to do the order quickly and surely rather than using "will".

But it is just go wrong, after I read your explanations. Thank you Rosemary for sharing this blog. I'm sorry I can't help you bcos my grammar is so bad. lmao

Dear Rosemary!

Onee corrected your sentences well, but I would explain them differently.

First of all, we never use the future tenses in the time or conditional clauses. Examples:

I will write you as soon as I am back home.

She will cook dinner after she buys all necessary groceries.

When you come, I will be sleeping.

If it is raining, we will be staying at home.

Then, TO BE GOING TO sounds very uncertain. If I am dirty, I will take a shower for sure. Now, look here! We often say "going to" when we want to tell others we will not do what they suggest. For example:

My wife: "Danny, you need a hair cut."

Me: "Darling, I know, I am going to have it."

It means I am not going to have my hair cut but I don't want to argue. Sure, she understands what I mean and leaves me alone! LOL!

WILL sounds like a promise or desire while TO BE GOING TO is very uncertain. It is rather NO than  YES.

Is it clear, dear?

Dear Onee, let me correct you. It should be "my answering" and I hope you will read my explanations.

Dear Rosemary sister,

I hope you don't mind me answering.

1) Helen will graduate next semester. She is going to move to New York and (is going to) look for a job after she graduates.

Graduation will be the first event and the rest two will be the second event in the future.

2) I'm  beat! I can't  wait to get home. After I get home, I will take a hot shower and (will) go to bed.

I hope I can explain this well: We use 'be going to' if the action is planned or even scheduled. But, we use 'will' for any spontaneous wishes.

3) I'm tired of this cold weather. As soon as spring comes, I will play tennis and (will) jog in the park as often as possible.

I'm not sure to use 'be going to' in the third sentence. But, 'will' sounds better as one has just talked about it.

Here are some rules about after and as soon as for any doubt:
