Today I learned how to make Indian milk tea.

It was chilly and rainy, so perfect to drink hot milk tea!

Ingredients for a 1050cc tea pot:

Tea leaves (Assam) 15g

Pasteurlized milk 630cc

Water 420cc

First pour water in a pan, add tea leaves and start heating.

The tea leaves coming up to the surface along with the water temperature going up, and then go down again.

Add milk, and keep heating until it almost boil.

Strain the tea leaves.

Enjoy your tea time♥

Thanks for visiting Ahmad Luthfi Bin Ahmad Azhari!

Wow your name is long;P

Can I ask why you have two "Ahmad"  in you name?

Well, "yes" to your question.  I like drinking hot milk tea especially in winter.

I guess in Penang, you prefer cold drink rather than hot one like this.

Sorry for late,

Yes, dear Junko, it's the right way to make Indian milk tea but I see it's without sugar only few people don't use sugar but mostly use sugar and we add sugar first just after heating the water than tea leaves than milk.

Have you ever tried Indian milk tea with little sugar ?

Hi, Rajesh!

I was waiting for your visit.

Maybe you could tell me if this is the right way you make milk tea in India.

Of course I love the milk tea.  I also love to drink milk tea with ginger and a little bit of sugar in Winter.

Dear Soria,

I drink many kinds of tea. I like Japanese tea especially green tea, Chinese tea, English tea (mith milk, lemon or black).

I have heard some argument about that milk is not good for health, I'm not sure about that yet.

I believe things which has its histry when it comes to food. If the milk is bad for your health maybe nobody produce it by now.

"We are what we eat", if it's suspicious then I don't buy.
