Waiting for that day

A lady missed her hubby; they got married on June 25, 2010. But her hubby is in now far away from her eyes (Australia). She is living with her father in law’s house. Every moment she feels him in her own self. Sometime loneliness is killing her. Very modest time they spent together but they loved each other as much as possible. Now the lady is waiting, when the day will come while they will be together….!

POETRY

If it please God,

let less happen.

Even out Earth's

rondure, flatten

Eiger, blanden

the Grand Canyon.

Make valleys

slightly higher,

widen fissures

to arable land,

remand your

terrible glaciers

and silence

their calving,

halving or doubling

all geographical features

toward the mean.

Unlean against our hearts.

Withdraw your grandeur

from these parts."…

THE WOUND WILL REMAIN

There was a boy who was always losing his

temper. His father gave him a bag full of

nails and said to him, “My son, I want you

to hammer a nail into our garden fence

every time you need to direct your anger

against something and you lose your temper.

So the son started to follow his father’s

advice. On the first day he hammered in 37

nails, but getting the nails into the fence

was not easy, so he… Continue

Bledisloe Cup

Does any one enjoy rugby?

You maybe very jealous of me because I've got a chance to watch the major annual rugby event - Bledisloe Cup (Wallibies - Australia vs All Blacks - New Zealand)

The game this year was held in the Hong Kong Stadium today.

However, comparing with 2008, the game first time was held in Hong Kong with a full house attendance, today the Stadium was only about half full. You can see from my… Continue

I have nothing else to offer...

No strings attached

I've nothing else to offer,

So, to you, it's love I'll send,

It's nothing that I borrowed,

And it's nothing that I'd lend.

It has no dollar value,

And it can't be overused;

It isn't fragile, so it can't break,

Though, often it's abused.

I've given it to others,

But each time it's unique,

Its meaning's always different;

It depends on what you… Continue

Mod
Colorful eco-windmills

There are more than hundred of pieces of windmills, which are made up of the advertisement boards of being displayed on the streets, made by a person of age 80, Mr.Ke. He was a chef before retiring. Mr. Ke said he found many of the advertisement boards were displayed

on many places like wire poles, handrails or even on the wall of the buildings that would be ugly for the sight of the city, moreover, they may pollute the environment as they are discarded. One day an idea flashed into his… Continue

Being a Teacher

Being a teacher

is not a "piece of cake".

There's a lot to be done

for the students' goodness sake.

Teachers are singers and actors,

motivators, clowns, and more.

In the sea of education

we are very important oars.

To form and guide our students,

that is our principal task.

And be ready to answer

all the questions they may ask.

Students need some knowledge

and also motivation,

some are in need of… Continue

My friend.

I loved to lie in her lap
And listen to her melancholic verse.
My life is tangled with her.
She is my best friend.
I shared all my dreams with her.
Sometimes she is demure.
Sometimes she is hilarious.
She is always there in my loving memories.
Sometimes she sung the madrigal for me
Sometimes the fire along with her,
Incinerated my memories.
Hey, it’s raining outside,
And here comes my dear friend.
