Before you run away after reading this discussion I'd ask you to make an effort and try to answer anything politely. Yes I know it's summertime and this is a thick topic but It's not bad idea to make this section a bit more active :D

I think corruption exists everywhere but for better or for worse politicians are needed not to have an anarchy so it's our responsibility to choose the way we believe it's better our country to be ruled.

So what kind of policy do you think it's better nowadays for the place you live, a capitalist Conservative policy, a progressive reformist party, perhaps an alternation for a healthy policy, maybe a dictatorship, or simply it's not your business?

Any ideology here is wellcome supporting your reasons :)

Since ''any ideology here is welcome'' how 'bout a world ruled by babies?

But in all seriousness, Finland looks pretty good to me. Taxing the rich and massively redistribute it through a bill which makes more than half the nation benefit from free education, free job training, cheap mortgages, etc. Plus, ya can't beat free health care for life.

This   a very deep and profound  topic  Estanis  . They say politics  is the art of possibilities  . The un ethical way that guarantee  the safety  of the majority. Let me speak about my country  . Our country  is launching  a war against  Yemen the poorest  in the middle  east  . Which  , most of the people are against   . However  , there is many clear evidence  that Iran wants  to invade us through  Yemen and reach the 2 holy cities  of  Islam  and control  them  :( . I don't  want to go deep  some may misunderstand  my speech  . I am not against  anyone  . U need  to amputated  part of ur own body  to keep ur life and this what is happening  here  :(

We are on earth there are many mistakes  . In the meanwhile  , history  have had proofed  that those who tried to be honest and true were killed horribly  by the crowds or the mobs  . European  have transcended  this phase  of history in comparison  to  my place of the world  . However  , being ruled by monarchs  is the best now and some people are calling  for reforms  in many sectors of the government  . I think each country  can dig deep to get the best for its people  . Here in my part of the world some western  laws or rules  aren't  suitable   . Thanks  for posting  ur discussion  Estanis  . U are like all men u love to talk about politics   . I have skipped  policy  many years ago :)  after being  a great  fan of it  :) :) :)

Because   KSA  is an oil country  , we also have free education  , free health care , government  support  for women  , disabled  and poor  families

I've heard something about the matter you raised but i,m not updated so I won't give my opinion. Anyway if things are just the way you mentioned I'd had same thoughts as you if I were in your shoes. Still, war is always the last option. Politicians should have a lofty perspective.

Well Rose, Actually many laws or behaviours in several parts of the world are beyond all understanding for an European but I won't criticise it here since it's not exactly the topic. For me, an absolute monarchy is not the ideal form of government although as you said, every country should dig to find the best for their citizens and that's the main point.

Btw I can see you already like this topics haha... seriously, I think policy shouldn't be a men's matter only, all we should take part in this a little not to be ruled like a flock of sheeps.
Thanks a lot for sharing your ideas, I appreciate it Rosemary :)

Babies?? Nooo thanks.... they ruled my house for several years. No way.

It's well known the success of the Nordic countries in social politics and Finland is a role model as for education system. I've witnessed such a wellfare state and many of us should learn from this social behaviour.

By other hand I doubt that this system could work everywhere. At least in a short term.

'Course not. That was just a goof. Like its creator.

Agreed.

I think the 'ideal policy' is a 'Traditional Moms' Dictatorship'.

A world ruled by these kind of moms who used to threaten you to slap your ass with their slipper* if you didn't behave, to force you to say always 'thanks' when ppl gave you something and to keep the food you didn't want to eat for dinner to put it in your dish of the next day's lunch.

I fear the chancla! :S  XD

Yeah... times have changed a lot for this country since this kind of mothers disappeared.
